Refunds / Cancellations

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@wholeyfit.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

 

3. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: anything on sale.

 

4. Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

CLASS REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on class passes or monthly contracts (if you need to put your monthly contract on hold for an extended period of time please cancel your membership and then you can resume it when you get back).

If you cannot use your pass for some reason you can gift your remaining classes to a friend.  If you injure yourself and cannot use your classes before the expiration date simply email info@wholeyfit.ca with a copy of a note from your doctor and we will extend your expiration date.  Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

CLASSES:
You are more than welcome to pre-book as many classes as you like, but please be sure you can attend what you’ve signed up for.  You can book/pay for your classes online, or come into the studio to book/pay in person.  If you do need to cancel a class, please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice. If you are unable to provide at least 12 hours notice, please contact us.  If you’re a no show for no reason and give us no notice you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

If you’ve pre-booked a spin class you must be at the studio no later than 5 minutes before the class starts.  If you are not there, your bike will be given away to a drop-in.  If you know you’re running late simply phone or text us at 604-773-4660 and we’ll hold your spot for you (must phone or text no later than 10 minutes before a class starts).

DROP-INS: 
You’re welcome to drop in but classes may be full, so we recommend texting or e-mailing ahead of time to see if there’s room in the class you want to attend.  If a class is fully booked you can take your chances and come by the studio anyway – if someone’s spot has not been claimed 5 minutes before a class starts the spot is given away on a first come first served basis.

BUYER / PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND FULL RELEASE FROM LIABILITY OF Wholey Fit Inc, Heather Lind, and any trainers working on behalf of Wholey Fit Inc  AND PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THESE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INVOLVES THE INHERENT RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPRAINS, STRAINS, BROKEN BONES, CONCUSSIONS, CUTS, SHIN SPLINTS, CARDIAC ARREST, HEART ATTACKS, KNEE/LOWER BACK/FOOT INJURIES AND ANY OTHER ILLNESS, SORENESS, OR INJURY HOWEVER CAUSED, OCCURRING DURING OR AFTER PARTICIPANT PARTICIPATION IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. BUYER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT SUCH RISKS INCLUDE, BUT AR NOT LIMITED TO, INJURIES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF AN INSTRUCTOR OR OTHER PERSON, DEFECTIVE OR IMPROPERLY USED EQUIPMENT, OVER-EXERTION OF A BUYER, SLIP AND FALL BY BUYER, OR AN UNKNOWN HEALTH PROBLEM OF BUYER. BUYER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY INVOLVED WITH PARTICIPATION IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, BUYER AFFIRMS THAT BUYER IS IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION AND DOES NOT SUFFER FROM ANY DISABILITY THAT WOULD PREVENT OR LIMIT PARTICIPATION. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES PARTICIPATION WILL BE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGING, AND BUYER AGREES THAT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER TO SEEK COMPETENT MEDICAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, REGARDING ANY CONCERNS/QUESTIONS INVOLVED WITH THE ABILITY OF PARTICIPANT TO TAKE PART IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INSTRUCTED BY Wholey Fit Inc, Heather Lind and any trainers working on behalf of Wholey Fit Inc . BY CHOOSING TO PURCHASE CLASSES, BUYER IS AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT, AND ASSERTS THAT HE OR SHE IS CAPABLE OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES. BUYER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT EXCEEDING HIS OR HER PHYSICAL LIMITS.  Participant understands that photos or video may be taken during some Wholey Fit classes which may be used for promotional purposes.  Participant will be given the option to not be involved in any videos and/or pictures.
