Toxins trapped in the body can cause skin issues such as clogged pores and acne. Water flushes out these toxins so they don’t remain in the body which can help keep skin clear.
Most of us reach for the coffee for a bit of energy but did you know that one of the most common symptoms of dehydration is tiredness? Stay hydrated and maybe you won’t feel the need for that afternoon caffeine boost!
Most of the symptoms of a hangover are caused by being dehydrated. Try drinking a glass of water for every drink you have or at very least have a glass of water before you go to bed and start drinking more water when you wake up.
